Guest guest
My daughter has been taking neurontin for 5 months and only at night. We tryed to take her off of it a month ago but she got severe leg spasms. Now we are trying again and this time lowered her medicine by half. She seems to be handeling it fine. I don't see any side effects to the neurontin except if I do not get her to sleep a half and hour after she takes it she gets headaches. She does sweat alot at night also. I do not notice her sweat at all during the day. So it may be a side effect of the neurontin. Guest guest
Be careful with the neurotin - it has side effects. Take the time to read up on it ... if you daughter either changes her does too quickly, goes up and down on dosage too much or goes off it suddenly it can cause convulsions and other conditions. Also - neurotin made my husband even more testy. It is bad enough the pain gives him a short temper but he became so nasty & difficult we had to get him off of it. It was so bad he was asking the Dr to take him off because he didn't like hearing himself. Noreen >
