Why is it important that temperatures are stable ?

My temperatures are stable from am to pm. 36.5 in the morning and often 36 in

the evening. I already take 35 plus hc and have shifted some from afternoon dose

to night dose.

why , btw, is it important to have stable temperatures??

Stable temps do not mean the same temps all day but graphing a three

times a day average and comparing one day to the next per instrucitons

at www.drrind.com these show if your adnral suppor tis adequate to

utilise thyroid hormones correctly.
