Guest guest
Ham and cabbage soup boil ham and bone for a long time with fresh cloves of garlic, a large onion, many celery stalks. (a bay leaf if you want, but I don't) after a good broth has developed, strain and take ham off bone and put back in stock. Cook cabbage in stock. Guest guest
The turkey soup has been simmering all day. Shortly I will begin the polish sausage/cabbage soup. I am putting some seasoning ham chunks in there as well! Husband is very enthused!

I am putting some seasoning ham chunks in there as I'm just finishing off the rest of the Cabbage and Ham soup I made the other night. It is truly delicious. I could eat it all day and wouldn't get bored of it. Kari
