I put on my two piece today, something Ive worn around my yard when working trying to get tan but have never put on in public and I took my saggy thighs and stuffed bra to the pool today LMAO The place was packed. I had my big ole whooper of nasty keloid scar down the middle flying high like a proud flag of success and I dropped that skirt and climbed bashfully into the pool. Yanno? No one stared. One kid..God Bless the innocence, comes over to me and says, " what happened to your stomach lady? " LMAO! I said oh I had a bad tummy and had to have surgery a few months ago..its healing up now. He says Oh and jumps into the pool. Ya should have seen the panic in the eyes of the parents LOL I just laughed and said..hey its ok..first time Ive been able to put this bod in a suit like this in 20 years..Im not going to let that scar stop me! of course that peeked the ladies interest and on through the topic of weight loss surgery etc is. They were all very kind and basically said what you can expect.. WOW YoU LOOK GREAT. Its nice to hear, but that isn't why Im celebrating. Im just damn proud of myself for stepping out of my safety net and putting myself out there for comment. Thats a huge step for me. ~Kat~ ...oh on the funny side, I had put the inserts to my Fredericks Bra in the cups of my top because I am flat as a pancake right? well guess what..those suckers store some water! I was all dry, been tanning, and leaned over and my arm pressed down on the cup of my top and I about took a shower all the water in there! HAHAHAHAHA!! Looked like I busted my water bra!
