Guest guest
Ronnie, I really don't know much about attachments. I certainly don't know the answer to your question. But I'd like to add to your question: Past messages to PLS-Friends had a paperclip symbol next to them if they contained an attachment. But when the message was opened there was no attachment in sight. (Nor was there a virus.) Why? Mark Weber > I'm going to tell you right up front I don't know what I am talking about so don't ask me a bunch of questions and don't beat me to death if this sounds dumb. At a recent family gathering I was asked about an attachment I had sent a cousin. I said it didn't come from me, I don't even know how to send an attachment. Another cousin then noted that sometimes the stuff you forward may not be accepted " as sent " by another server so it is picked up as an attachment and forwarded. At least that is what I think he said. So, is this also why some of our mail arrives with attachments that we know nothing about even when it has nothing to do with a virus? Does anyone know what I think I am saying? > > Ronnie > > >
Guest guest
Iknow, I know! When you send an attachment it's a 2 step process. The first is to set up the attachment where you click on he paper clip. For the second you have to choose the location of the file on your computer. If you don't select a file then nothing is sent.
