Guest guest
Val, In your kitty with liver failure whom you treated with T3, did you do any testing, or just go with your gut and how much did you start dosing him with? (Congratulations on helping him, by the way!!) We have another kitty who is only 9 years, but seems to be getting a bit hyper (pacing and restless). Having her go hyper is something I would like to avoid, as I kind of think it's tough to treat once it happens. But I have no clue where to start for her. She's already been immune challenged last year, as we had panleukopenia go through the house from a new kitten. Muffin was in ER and had intensive care for a week, along with a blood transfusion. That along with a lucky Homeopathic remedy is what turned her around. We lost two others. So I don't know if I should start her on Pred, or T3. My gut is telling me T3. I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you, thank you as always for all you do!!

Guest guest
Wow, that's a lot of armour and T3! You must be really adept at giving kitties pills!!!!! Are you using an off list source for your T3 for him? I do still have the list you had sent me. Your pets are very lucky to have you!! I've had a couple of friends tell me that if they did believe in reincarnation, they wanted to come back as kitty cats!! LOL! > > BTW I was dosing Tigger with 150-200mcg dialy of T3.
