Toi is doing great and living vicariously through you. I've actually

dropped 6 lbs which feels wonderful since I've been at an absolute

standstill the past few months.

I'll be heading out for a family reunion in my beloved Colorado

mountains (temps will be in the 80's and heavenly there... here they

are at 105 today).

I've been keeping up with your travels and pics and am so happy for

you. You're looking fantastic, happy, and in wonderful shape.

I love those batsleeved shirts... someone with wings like us could

actually wear something comfortably, how great is that?
