I think the general medical wisdom, even for " normal " uteri is that 2nd and later babies tend to be bigger, as the uterine muscles have been stretched once and have more " give " etc. That *kind of* seemed true for me. My third PG was in the right uterus (same side as my first PG) and my third son was trending to be the biggest of the three, he was 6 lbs. 8 oz. at 37 weeks, while the others were 6 lbs. 12 oz and 6 lbs 4 oz at 40 weeks +.
