-HI ! Tomi,

I am Sherrie and new to this website...I like this and the

following Barley, Potato and Amaranth Stew...I am also new to WW and

have lost 20 lbs since June 15...and more to go....I know I can get

these ingredients at the

Garden Patch...a great organic natural store here...

My question,as I don't know how to do it,is how do I figure the

points for these two stews....

A friend copied the 1998 WW points diet booklet for me

...but I don't know how to figure the points myself for recipes..and I

understand there is a new points system for 2001. I am hoping to

have a car by the end of September...and then I want to start going

to WW classes...to continue my dieting and being with others who are

dieting too each week.. Thank you for your help...Sherrie E.,
