I try to do both of them every day and weights every other day. The last week I have been so busy, I only " worked out " one day, but the others I don't think I sat down until after 6pm every night, so I think I worked out those days too hahaha. You get a fantastic all over workout without any impact on joints, knees, etc. It is described as walking in the clouds. I highly recommend one. The Sansone tapes are Walk Away the Pounds. It is a set with a 1,2, & 3 mile tapes, a toning tape, and two pound weighted balls. These are excellent when you don't have a lot of time, or a lot of room, or when you just when a good workout. They are very easy to follow. She does walking in place, kicks, kick backs, knee lifts and side steps and also incorporates upper body with or without the weights. She encourages you to work at your own pace and always shows how to modify the workout. I think that they carry both the orbitrek and the tapes on www.iqvc.com if you would like to check them out. I bought the orbitrek at Oshmans (sporting goods store) and the tapes at QVC. Hope this helps let me know if you have anymore questions.
