LOL. Love it Merav!

Not packing many lunches these days. And, you don't say if he has a

microwave to heat food.

If yes- leftovers of all types. Burritos. Soups. Stew. Beans and Rice.

Beans and ham. Black eyed peas with cornbread. (i.e. leftovers)

If no: Roll-up sandwiches. Chilled soups for summer. Salads - pasta, rice,

quinoa - add meat, fruits, veggies, etc. Potato salad. Egg Salad

sandwiches. (Lots of good bread, lettuce, tomato, maybe pickles or just thin

sliced

cucumber slices.)

Meat salads (chop leftover roast, steak, chicken, pork in food processor,

mix with finely grated carrot, vinegar and oil (or mayo), dried chopped

fruit (craisins are good) or stir in cashews and grapes if chicken salad.

Deviled eggs. Veggies with a dip he likes.

My ex used to comment/brag how he was the only one of his lab staff that

was of IBW, but he'd spend the entire 30 minute lunch break eating while

everybody else would finish their lunch in 10 min. (He always had a lot of

salads, veggies, cut up fruit, etc.)

Subject: Whats in your lunch box?

I am in a rut! My husband has been complaining of having the same food

items to pack for lunch day after day (I am a creature of habit). I was

curious what other people pack for lunches to bring to work to give me some new

ideas?!? Thanks in advance!

Thanks ladies! He packs his own lunch daily (I have enough to do with a

17month old, another on the way, and keeping myself in one piece)!!!!!

Perhaps, it is him lacking some imagination with lunches. I will share

some of the suggestions and see what new things we can come up with. BTW

he does have access to a microwave, but usually forgoes it and just eats

leftovers cold... Enjoy vacation week!
