Obviously I read your question wrong....I saw it as looking to loose weight. In

that case I still feel the autism website would be helpful. I personally would

focus on limiting sugar/carbs and focusing on high quality fats and protein.

Offering food every 2-3 hours and maybe adding in some low(er) gi smoothies with

protein powder if liquids seem to be tolerated better.
