Guest guest
got my denial from ins comp.. they are saying my past records are to vague they are asking for 5 years from my md. well the thing is him n i yes talk about weight loss, he never put me on diet anything i did n done was on my own,, back in 98 i was doing weigh down a group based on biblical means,, i lost 38 lbs i went to his office getting weighed that shows i hope weight loss. in 2003 i was in hospital talked to dietician but nothing documented weight loss. i ve always been doing more on my own counting cals,, atkins rich sims.. etc.. only to lose few n gain more.. if this is not documented by doctor how can it go to appeal.. i see him on 29 th this month hoping he s got suggestions. i do not got high b/p diabetic,,, no heart troubles just this weight i carry.. this is frustrating n if i start documenting now with doctor then the surgeons testing i had to go thru even to get them to send for approval will expire in time.. any one gone thru this got suggestions.. thxs oh few months ago he gave me meridian for a month but i can t do pills i am to easy addicting but i guess that is a document lol
Guest guest
I went and got copies of all my records at my doctor's office that showed my weight. I was on Phen Pen back in 1998 and it did show that. I would also see if your Doctor could write a letter explaining the diffrent diets you have been on and that you can not do diet pills. I also got copies of all my urgent care records, those also showed my weight. If you have been to weight wachers see if they still have your weight records. Good luck!! > got my denial from ins comp.. they are saying my past records are to > vague they are asking for 5 years from my md. well the thing is him > n i yes talk about weight loss, he never put me on diet anything i did > n done was on my own,, back in 98 i was doing weigh down a group based > on biblical means,, i lost 38 lbs i went to his office getting > weighed that shows i hope weight loss. in 2003 i was in hospital > talked to dietician but nothing documented weight loss. i ve always > been doing more on my own counting cals,, atkins rich sims.. etc.. > only to lose few n gain more.. if this is not documented by doctor how > can it go to appeal.. i see him on 29 th this month hoping he s got > suggestions. i do not got high b/p diabetic,,, no heart troubles > just this weight i carry.. this is frustrating n if i start > documenting now with doctor then the surgeons testing i had to go > thru even to get them to send for approval will expire in time.. any > one gone thru this got suggestions.. thxs oh few months ago he gave > me meridian for a month but i can t do pills i am to easy addicting > but i guess that is a document lol

Guest guest
Donna KEEP TRYING! You can't give up or give in if this is what you truly want. Contact the doctor in MD and do whatever it is you need to you to get this. For many of us the road isn't easy to get WLS--you have to be strong!!! > got my denial from ins comp.. they are saying my past records are to vague they are asking for 5 years from my md. well the thing is him n i yes talk about weight loss, he never put me on diet anything i did n done was on my own,, back in 98 i was doing weigh down a group based on biblical means,, i lost 38 lbs i went to his office getting weighed that shows i hope weight loss. in 2003 i was in hospital talked to dietician but nothing documented weight loss. i ve always been doing more on my own counting cals,, atkins rich sims.. etc.. > only to lose few n gain more.. if this is not documented by doctor how can it go to appeal.. i see him on 29 th this month hoping he s got suggestions. i do not got high b/p diabetic,,, no heart troubles just this weight i carry.. this is frustrating n if i start > documenting now with doctor then the surgeons testing i had to go > thru even to get them to send for approval will expire in time.. any one gone thru this got suggestions.. thxs oh few months ago he gave me meridian for a month but i can t do pills i am to easy addicting but i guess that is a document lol
