something is up....I fall asleep easy..then wake and stay awake all night. Im exhausted and its not normal for me.

Can t3 at night have anything to do with it...if so, when should I take my 75 mcg? I have been taking more adrenal support...could that be a problem? My cortisol was lowish in the day and at 6 pm....then high ish at night and morning. So, Ive been taking adrenal at noon, 2:00, 5;00.

strange how things can change so quickly.

"I thought I read that it can mean breast cancer...huh?"Yes because high estrogen causes it to go high and high estrogen causes BC"also how do I know if its binding with estrogen OR testo? The reason I ask is becuase I dont feel effects of testo creme..but I feel way too much estrogen."It binds to BOTH equally which si why it is not a good thing. You need ot lower estrogen to lower it. I should nto have said it protects you fromthe estrogen, it TRIES to protect you which is why it goes high whne you have high estrogen, but it is seldom enough to bind ENOUGH estrotgen to totally protect youfromthe effects of hgyh estrogen. And it will equally bind the good Testosterone you need. And ti binds T3 as well. Thus raisising cortisl that is too low is essential to balance things as that lowers estrogen, which lowers the SHBG which frees up your testosterone adn

When you take cortisol in the daytime it lowers that high nighttime

cortisl VERY quickly.. same day in fact. You can try a small amoutn of

adrneal support at bedtime, or move all your t3 to daytime.

So, if taking cortisol at day..would lower the nighttime..then why is my night cortisol becoming higher and Im even more reveved up in the morning...then wiped by 2:00 pm.

What time should I take the 75 mcg t3 then? Wont it be bad for me to go so long with out t3? say if I take the last dose at 4 pm..then is that too long to go with out?

I had a 24 hr test..that said night and morning high a couple of weeks ago.

The reason it makes sense is the way I feel. I used to have what felt like low night cortisol..I would wake up exhausted..and go to bad at 9 pm wiped out and sometimes wake with adrenaline like surge, but then go right back to sleep.

Now it feels different( rmember Ive been taking lots of adrenal stuff) well now I have too much enegy in the am..it seems like its getting worse the last week, so I cut back from 87.5 t3 to 75 t3 . Heart better. But now when Im waking..I dont go back to sleep..Im just wide awake and thinking.

Why are you assuming your night cortisl is becoming higher? Are you certain it si not adrenaline from LOW cortisol?-- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/------------------------------------

Val,

Can you explain this?

Why are you assuming your night cortisl is becoming higher? Are you

certain it si not adrenaline from LOW cortisol?

I did not know you could have adrenaline from low cortisol. Can you explain this? I asked a question this weekend. . . how I can feel like I have high cortisol which my most recent test confirmed, but I want HC. I tried it once and I felt so much better.

How do you know if you have adrenaline from low cortisol?

Any thoughts?
