Betsy,

Trust me--it is NOT in your head!! We laugh here about being human barometers! I am in the nursery at church each week. Someone wanted to know how I did it. But since it's in my foot, it actually works very well because I'm on the floor or in a rocking chair a lot of the time. We usually have four workers so if someone is really cranky and needs walking, someone else can do it. I did have to give up working at the Christian Day Care as much as I did, because I just couldn't be on my feet that much. But I sub occasionally and the director is good at asking me when naptime is part of the deal. I've tried to keep doing the things I've enjoyed doing, but just set some limitations when needed. Oftentimes I overextend them though, like most people here! What's the temperature in Utah right now?

Love,

Betsy and Spread

Thanks Deb and all others who responded to my posting. It makess me feel that I am not alone in this thing. I would like to say that I lead an active life even though I use 02 24/7 and now have the RSD issue. I am active in my church and even teach adult Sunday School. So far I am able to keep my little knitting business going although I do not try to get more business. I have a question....do any of you experience more pain when the barametric pressure is low? I think I do and wondered if it is all in my mind. Tonia, keep writing.....although I do not post too often, I do enjoy reading all the posts.May the Lord Bless,Betsy in Utah

Hey ,

Funny that you ask about the temperature in Utah right now......our

thermometer got blown off the porch a couple of nights ago so I can

not tell you...it did not survive. Ha ha. I have been very cold

today and Joe put a fire in the wood stove for me this evening. I

have had the cold foot syndrome all day today so I guess that is the

freezing type pain.....I told Joe today I was surprised that I didn't

get frost on the outside of my foot. We have had wind, clouds and a

sprinkling of rain. Otherwise the summer is going great!!

May the Lord Bless,

Betsy

Okay, sounds like it's a LITTLE cooler there! It was in the 80's here. It's humid enough I turned the air conditioner back on. Guess you'll have to go out and get another thermometer! Having a cold foot puts me in a bind. Socks add to the creepiness (I can only stand one kind) but if I don't wear them, then it's really cold. It's cold with socks, but not constantly. I think it's when I'm moving around it warms up.

Oh yes, I predict ALL the weather changes around here. I can put the meteorologists to shame.
