Breakfast idea

Hi!

I was just talking to my friend who lost close to 40 lbs with WW so far and

she shared a nice idea for breakfast with me.

One light English muffin (Safeway sells the light kind) 1 point

1 wedge of light Laughing Cow cheese 1 point

For a grand total of 2 points I had a grand breakfast!!!

My favorite breakfast:

whip 2 egg whites w/ cinnamon, a little splenda and a little vanilla

soak two pieces of light bread and fry with Pam

Use ICBINB spread (the fat free kind) and Vermont sugar free syrup and you

have 2 pieces of French Toast for ONE POINT!! Then microwave two pieces of

Jennie-O Lean Turkey bacon for one more point. Three points for French Toast

complete with " butter " and syrup and bacon! Whoo hoo!

Dear ,

Yes it is a brand. Sorry, I should have explained this better. It comes in wedges (normally in a round container). It is really good. Reminds me a lot of the cheeses in Germany. 20 cal per wedge (light) and 50 cal per wedge (regular). You can't go wrong.

Yes, you would buy it in the Dairy Case.
