Guest guest
I went to talk to a lawyer this morning about appealing. She said she'd about guarantee we'd end up seeing a judge, and then there would be a better than 50/50% chance of winning. She said to get as many of my doctors to put down in the records that I can't sit for extended periods of time, and I can't stand either. I got the idea she felt that it might help that I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I'm supposed to keep track of how long it takes me to do stuff because they will ask--and to be very specific, like don't say "yes, I do work some." Let them know that it is often during their naptime when I can sit, etc. I'm supposed to go back next week. She doesn't get anything unless we win. Any helpful hints from those who have "been there?"
