Neuropathy

I have Neuropathy due to nerve damage from Chemical Exposure in 1993. Was

bad in feet ESP. Podiatrist put me on- Vitamin E and Omega 3 and Folic Acid

combo. I added Zinc and Co Q 10. Was already taking Calcium, Mag and Zinc

for Osteo Arth. And B-12 and Thiamine injectable for fatigue.

I Am much better now.

I know treatment is dependant upon cause. So here are some links for

Jon KaiserM.D.in the chapter " Preventing and Treating Neuropathy " suggests

calcium 500 mgmagnesium 250 mgand vitamin B6 100 mgtaken twice a dayhe

recommends this regimen. If the neuropathy is already present he increases

the dose of vitamin B6 to 200 mg twice a day. He also uses acupuncture for

relief of neuropathy.
