Podiatrist put me on- Vitamin E and Omega 3 and Folic Acid combo. I added Zinc and Co Q 10. Was already taking Calcium, Mag and Zinc for Osteo Arth. And B-12 and Thiamine injectable for fatigue. I Am much better now. I know treatment is dependant upon cause.
