Losing just that much would not make me normal weight, never mind thin, but it would put me back to where my weight was for 15 years. And I wasn't so darn physically uncomfortable then either. I gained at first on HC, then lost back to my personal normal wt, but have gained and gained again lately. sol

Guest guest
What I don't understand is if we are replacing our bodies with what it is lacking, why is HC causing weight gain??? Guest guest
It causes weight gain generally due to using up the too little thyroid we have and then until we can replenish that, we go more hypothan we were, but seems to be a necessary part of balancing the two hormones. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
So basically our thyroid and adrenals go hand and hand? If one gets out of whack it messes up the other?
