Ok, Im a pain in the b@tt! Remember, I said that I thought I might raise t3, as I fthought I felt cold..

Well,not really, since then..for the last two nights Ive woken in the middle of the night and stayed awake for a few hrs. Usually I sleep thru. I wasnt cold.The only thing I can think of is either

1. The 37.5--25--25 T3 is too high, so I should maybe ask for some 7.5's and do 30--25--25

I usually have had a pain above my heart that feels like its skinny and I cant get oxygen and it goes with tiredness...but with the

GET THIS FT3 5.6 range 2.4-4.2not to worry. Whenin JUST T3 it si normal to NEED higher than normal lab ranges with T3. Those lab ranges were set up with people that had normal T4 levels to go along with it. As when you are on T3 onoym t4 levels becoime VERY lwo, you do nto have T4 there for conversion when your body needs it so yuo need a higher than normal level of T3 . Actually it may just be oyur body adjustingot the new dose. You can try bumoing up adrenla support for three days to see if thta helps before lowering the dose again.

Thyroid doesn;t go up an down like that unless you are having a Hashi attakck which i unlikely on this mych T3 as your thyroid shoudl eb supressed. What CAN go up and down is adrenal function.

i meant...say your on a great dose of t3..and then your taking some wierd supplement or doing something different that blocks it..so you get really cold etc. Then a few days later your doing iodine and adrenal stuff and then your super charged, you know?

In my doctor's opinion Iodine causes some very weird thyroid reactions that are unpredictable, which is why he stopped recommending it,. He feels as I do that when oyu are gettign enough thyrid medication you also are gettign enough iodine as thyroid hormones are made of iodine.

I postponed taking my thyroid today till 12:30. I really do feel different.

My heart feels like breathing heavy, and kinda jittery. Im guessing that youll say I need more adrenal support, so Im going to do that.

But..usually when Ive had adrenal symptoms its been the opposite...like hard to breath and feeling lethargic and wiped out. Now, I am the opposite. And Im not cold. Could I some how be on too much t3? This isnt how Im used to feeling at all.

So what does cause heart palps? I’ve

been having lots of trouble with that and occasional really rapid heartbeat. Is

this related to thyroid or HC?

hmm wierd.

That is what happened to me when my adrenals crashed. Felt sick when I sat down

to eat. Lost 10 lbs, but that is the hard way to do it.
