I haven't made the cheescake yet. I am not sure how using ff cott ch

and egg substitute might change the texture. It didn't have any

values with it, but they can be figured out by the individual

ingredients.

Hope that helps...PS I haven't tired it yet either. I just found it

on the net late last night.
