Guest guest
I saw my rheumy this week. I am now taking 900mg of neurontin a day for my neuropathy pain. I can now walk without my cane!! We had a discussion about the current decline in my health. Since my major flare last January, I've had one bad spell after another. My dr. said she believes my bariatric surgery has some part in the decline in my health. She doesn't know if it is the difference in absorption of the meds or what. Does anyone else who's had bariatric surgery experience anything like this? Also, she had blood work done to check me for Eppstein Barr Syndrome. Does anyone know what this is? What is the relevance of this syndrome to lupus and RA? Thanks for listening!! Belinda

I'll have to begin my education on yet another disorder. I am really thankful for this support group. God bless each of you. Each of us is suffering our own pain but together we are strong!
