Does anyone know why when I try to get to the files, etc. it says I am not recognized as a member? And I have even gone to the conversion wizard but it won't let me do anything because my email address is already in the computer. Makes no sence!

I don't know why you can't get the files from here. If you tell me

what you want and your e-mail, I will try sending them directly to

you.

Sharon - are you signed in? In the upper right corner you will see either a sign-in or a sign-out button. If it says sign-in, click on it and put in your Yahoo ID and password. If it says Sign-out, click on it and sign-out. Then click on sign-in and sign-in again.

Let us know if you still have problems after this!!
