Guest guest
Beth, I have absolutely no advice or words of wisdom, but just wanted to say I'm sorry your body is being so stubborn. I just hope that ovulation kicks in and you can relax for a moment. Best wishes. Tara BU

Guest guest
Well, we've discussed ways to get AF to come; now, if only we could do the same with those eggs of yours... I'm so sorry for your frustrations, Beth. ((((((hugs))))))) SU

I'm sorry, I'm not too familiar with the IUI process....do you wait for the OPK positive and then schedule your IUI? Hang in there! Guest guest
Beth Fancy running a competition to see who's spent the most on OPK's this month?? I keep having to hide the bills from myself it's so scary and I still had no idea whether I ov'd on day 9 or 14! Poor you - you really don't deserve this. I wish I could help with your chart (even fiddle the temps for you if need be) but I'm afraid I know nothing about these things. I know it's easy for me to say *hang on* and just give your body a little more time but I'm sure this would be a better route than reaching for the ol' meds. Do you have a programme like natural solutions over there? http://www.marilynglenville.com/books/natural_sol_infertility.htm It's quite big over here at the moment - one of the baby sites I visit has a few girls who have had problems then started the programme and struck lucky. Just a thought and maybe not a very useful one. Best wishes and remember it will be your turn very soon. Tor x > http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/fb82/ > > I'm not having a good cycle. Guest guest
Beth, You really deserve a break. I hope that you get the +OPK soon so you can make your move. I wish I knew of a trick to get the eggies to drop...maybe a little reverse psychology? DH and I joke around that if we hope bad enough for it NOT to happen, then I'm more likely to get pg...sometimes we feel like the only luck we have is bad luck. You have an amazing amount of knowledge; I just wish sometimes that I could tell you something hopeful that you didn't already know, but I'm afraid I'm out of my league on this one. But I sincerely wish you all of the good luck in the world with this cycle. You have helped us all so much. Yup. Right. A + OPK gives you 12-36 hours' warning of ovulation, and you want the IUI to happen a little beforehand for best results. Triggering ovulation with hCG is more reliable, and I am fast heading toward that. Thanks to you & everyone else for commiserating. I am usually out $24 a month, which was a steal compared to what hers cost. > I know it's easy for me to say *hang on* and just give your body a > little more time but I'm sure this would be a better route than > reaching for the ol' meds. Quit smoking, quit drinking, quit having coffee much, quit taking melatonin, started eating all kinds of nifty stuff, lost weight, let sunlight into my eyes every day, meditate, even snuggle up to the old man and breathe deeply of his pheremones, because they are supposed to release more FSH. Maybe that's why I've been able to conceive four times since I've begun. But now I am really starting to lose patience. You have been through this, too. You have had the prize snatched away from you several times . . . I empathize with you and thank you for your support, especially when things have been so very difficult for you. Guest guest
> --- In MullerianAnomalies@y..., >what are your thoughts on IVF-with your > situation(DS) I would think you would be a good candidate for that? Thanks for the positive thoughts! I don't want to do IVF (yet, anyhow). I don't think it would help my recurrent m/c problem. If I thought it would help, I would still have a tough time spending ten grand out-of-pocket on a single cycle. Thanks again! So sorry you're getting fed up, too. :-/ Beth SU
