Robin,

I am doing the challenge, just don't know when I will get off this merry go

round. Definitely when I get back from Texas, maybe sooner but put me down

for January 9. Glad you are still doing this. The other was too

complicated for me.

moderate ketosis and am so happy about that. I stopped using the strips for

a while but find I am more conscious of staying in ketosis when I have them.

No, I don't really need any more info for now. You guys decide what you

want beside each of your names....starting date, starting weight,

goal....whatever you individually want. You can send me an update whenever

you want, and I will update your individual stat at the time. Sending your

updates to robinpurtee@... is probably best, so that I'm sure not to

miss it. Once per week I will post the stats. If I DO miss your update,

just call my attention to it.

You might as well add me to the list. I am starting January 2. The

more I commit to seeing it, the better. I hope I can do it.

Ok add me on Robin, I guess officially its Jan 2nd but I am going to try

today throughout the weekend to bees good.

DH bought Dom Perignon!!! can I have a tiny sip :) I've never had it before

....

that man! tempting me before I've begun lol.

My rules is .. as little sugar as possible, protein first, lots of water &

exercise.

put me in too robin. i gained a little over the holidays and want to get

to goal again and get that exercise. i've aready started in the exercise
