I just had a revealing mirror moment that I haven't had a long while. I way the

same as the last couple as I did a couple weeks ago, but I look better in my

clothes, not quite a bulky/bulgey. Just a reminder that it isn't always the

scale that says we're doing good. Firming up and exercise can slim you down

without dropping pounds at all. Sometimes even, you can gain weight in muscle

and still be slimmer than you were.

I am so stoked! It is nice to start seeing results again after 6 months on a

plateau!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you. I can't wait until I

have a revealing mirror moment! This is what I tell myself when I

don't feel like workingout-- " think of those inches melting off " --

that helps to get psyched about having to workout.

I haven't tried it like by following every point to the mark because I don't

count points right now, but I do change the calories I eat daily and go up and

down to shake it up like she does. I think it definitely helps.

I think, especially for me mentally, that I have to be able to change based on

how I feel that day. Some days I'm just not that hungry and others I am

famished, it seems. If I eat more when I'm not hungry because I have to get to

a certain point range or an exact point amount, then I struggle because the next

day was still a day that I was famished. I am trying to listen to my body more

because of what WW has taught me. When I work out sometimes I get really hungry

and need to eat more. If I haven't been active and feel hungry other than at a

mealtime, then I drink water, wait 15 minutes and have a small snack.

I also use the water trick if I am late having a meal so I don't eat too much

when I actually sit down to eat. When I'm in a restaurant and the order is

taking awhile I know I will overeat because of hunger if I don't do this.
