Guest guest Posted August 5, 2001 Report Share Posted August 5, 2001 I am glad you are doing so well!!! That's great! Every time I stick to the plan for a couple days I blow it, just like last night. Sharon 's Saturday Weigh In I weighed again today for my weekly check-in. I lost 2 pounds!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it. I turned it around. I quit skipping meals and I ate a few more calories and I did lose some after all. I can't believe how well this is going this time. I thought maybe I had hit another plateau. I am very encouraged because of this.Now, I didn't get up til 4 o/clock! I couldn't believe I slept that long, even though I was up half the night. I thought noon at the latest, but wow. I sure threw my sleep schedule off. I am going to have toast for my first meal today and an Oriental food Buffet tonight. I don't usually do buffets, but I need to eat more, right? LOL!
