Because of your post, I went to this site and it has a lot of really wonderful

features to help you keep track and chart your progress on exercise, calories,

etc. AND because of this site, I am journaling again. It has several foods

already listed and you can add what you want in and it saves it for you for next

time. I love this! I can access it from anywhere because it's online.

The only problem is I can't find anywhere about software to figure your recipes

with, not online or any that you can download to your computer. HELP! :-[

Re: Re: Recipe conversion/How can I learn to do this?

Re: You have to have the Mastercook program on your computer. Do you need a

recipe computed? I could do it for you.

Re: There is a site called DietWatch that you can put in recipes online. It

gives you free software to add to your computer.... last time I used it anyhow.
