At the bottom of this message is the address for the Foundation's web

site. If you go there you can print out the membership form and mail it

in or you can just send me a note and the dues ($15) for this year.

Another way you can do it is to send me your address and I can send you

our brochure and an order form.

I just noticed the form said this:

I am a (check one) parent relative professional friend

Why isn't there a place for adult charger?

Good question! It has only been in the last few months that we have had

any adult CHARGErs join us. We are in the process of updating the form

so I'll be sure it is added.
