Guest guest
Kay At the bottom of this message is the address for the Foundation's web site. If you go there you can print out the membership form and mail it in or you can just send me a note and the dues ($15) for this year. Another way you can do it is to send me your address and I can send you our brochure and an order form. n Kay Lynd wrote: > How do you join? > > Kay -- n A Norbury, Executive Director CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Inc. 2004 Parkade Blvd, Columbia MO 65202 USA phone/fax; (families only) mailto:mnorbury@... or mailto:marion@... web site: http://chargesyndrome.org

Guest guest
Good question! It has only been in the last few months that we have had any adult CHARGErs join us. We are in the process of updating the form so I'll be sure it is added. n Kay Lynd wrote: > I just noticed the form said this: > > I am a (check one) parent relative professional friend > > Why isn't there a place for adult charger? > > Kay -- n A Norbury, Executive Director CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Inc. 2004 Parkade Blvd, Columbia MO 65202 USA phone/fax; (families only) mailto:mnorbury@... or mailto:marion@... web site: http://chargesyndrome.org
