ok i made it past the orange/chocolates at the office today.. and went to

walmart and only got slim jims no bad stuff

breakfast

two eggs scrambled

two strips bacon

one cup decaf with half and half

lunch

steamed haddock

steamed broccoli

ice tea

dinner

delmonico steaks

tossed salad with blue cheese

yellow squash

not enuff water yet but still working on it

one hour fifteen minits at the gym
