This year's annual PLS connection will be held October 26, 2002 at the Handlery

Hotel in San Diego, California. There will be lots of time for socializing with

other PLSers and their families, as well as informative presentations from the

Afternoon Open for sight-seeing or resting up

Evening Group function to be announced

To make your room reservations, call the Handlery @ 1-, and ask for

group reservations, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. You must refer

to the group name " California Connection " to book at the special group rate of

$99 per night, and for your reservation to be included in the group room block.

This rate is available to our group for the 3 days prior to and following our

event, based on hotel availability. Space is limited so make your reservations

early. Our reservation cutoff date is September 25, 2002.

The Handlery is making every effort to accommodate our Handicap needs,

positioning us close to the meeting room and easy access to the dining

facilities. A limited number of handicap rooms with roll-in showers are

available, but should be reserved for those that need them. Our entire block of

rooms are handicap accessible.

Complimentary airport transportation, based on schedule and
