Hello all,

I am new to WW. I have been a member 1 week and had my first weigh

in on Mon. I lost 2.7 lbs. I am sorry I haven't introduced myself

sooner, but I got this site confused with another site I joined from

the message boards.

I like this site and really appreciate all the great work

does...Thanks!

I live in So. CA. and had previously been a member of WW some years

back. I lost about 10 lbs. then stopped going. Didn't have the

motivation to try to keep figuring out what I had eaten. But, the

points system seems much easier for me and the online group is GREAT!

I am a returning college student, but not a young one. I am working

toward a degree in speech and language pathology. I just finished up

my AA this past June. I have a few courses to finish before I can

transfer. Mostly math which I am not fond of.

I have found that I have greater success with anything in my life

that I try to do by setting small goals. I keep the end goal in

sight, but work at it in small bits. That way I am less likely to

get discouraged. I hope to do the same thing with WW.
