I am sorry I have not answered my emails and post of support from thegroup.Last Tuesday night I collapsed and my husband called 911. We found outI have congested heart failure and Cardiomegaly (an enlarged heart).The doctors have said the Fibro and Lupus will aggravate thecondition.I give up...I can't even begin to understand how to handle this. Thismeans new meds, more test, bed rest, no SEX, if one more doctor tellsI need bed rest I swear I am going to start screaming :(Macy1. Oh my poor dear I can not even imagine. My 10 year old Cavalier has CHD and is on meds she just sleeps and cannot get excited or she will faint. I wish there was something we could do. Please let us know how you are doing, I have read that FM causes heart problems but so far I have been lucky. There really are no words at all. (((hugs))) Debi Younce Macy wrote:

Thank you hun

I feel really bad for my husband. We have only been married 5 years

(second time around for us both)....out of those 5 years I have been

sick 4 years. I feel like he has been cheated. He married a healthy

woman and then bam a year later he becomes my caregiver. I feel like

he would be better off without me and all these problems.

Actually fibro does cause one specific type of heart problem. It

causes Mitral valve prolapse - Two good studies have been done showing

that 60-75% of all fibromyalgia patients have mitral valve prolapse

and will complain of irregular heart beat, flutter and/or shortness of

breath.

I've been working on a complete list of fibro symptoms and problems.

I'll try and post it when I get it finished.
