One thing about this program is that you get to try a lot of different ideas. You'll find some that work and some that only work a little. It's for each of us to find what works best for us--and then stick to it. I really tried to work out yesterday, 20 min. on the bicycle, 10 min. on the cross trainer--and now my knee is paying for it. I hurt it at work, and then twisted it again, several times, putting papers away behind me---just when I thought it was getting better, I worked out and now it's sore, but I'm managing. I'm thinking, maybe I should just let this thing heal. I could do upper body work!! that's a good idea!! Don't think about what you can't do---think about what you can do!! Best to all, Dot

I hate getting up early on Saturday, too, but I think it's worth it if it helps you lose. You'll be glad you did - after its over :-). If you can't make it though, don't let it get you down because that could throw you off program and that's not what you want. We're here to support you. I am really looking forward to going even though I have to get up at 7a.m. :( I did take the day off work today which means I can get to bed earlier. (I work 2-10), so that will help. I just hope i have lost.
