Guest guest
I have the same problem and it’s only getting worse, so I know I need to go in and talk about surgery or meds. Mine started after the birth of my oldest, but he was a c-section baby, so it shouldn’t have been that. To prove that it wasn’t (I guess) I did this magnetic chair treatment series. You sit in this chair and these magnets force your pelvic floor muscles to contract for several minutes, doing the work for you that those exercises are supposed to do. The doc said will fail only a very small percentage of women. It failed. I assume that means it’s not a pelvic muscle problem. This all coincides with many of my initial symptoms during and after my first pregnancy 10 years ago and I seem to have had a progression since then. But this last year was the worst for symptoms and wouldn’t you know, for my bladder too. I am WAY too young for this crap, in my opinion. I’ve been putting off going to a doc as we didn’t have insurance for so long, I’d have to pay for a sitter, and I just don’t WANT to deal with it. But I really need to. I was just thinking today that I need to schedule an appointment for that and my pap smear since I haven’t had one for years.

Guest guest
Hi Jaana, I have this problem too. Sometimes I barely make it to the bathroom. We have stairs up to the house which can be hell when you have to go that bad. Also sometimes I have trouble getting started. I feel like I have to go but the only way I can get things started is to start coughing really hard. Man, is there no part of our bodies that doesn't have some type of problem! Guest guest
There are a couple of different bladder problems and that particular med is for the spasms. Mine’s not spasmatic as much as just ineffective and leaky J I do get some spasms and had read somewhere that there’s something medical that includes BOTH but cannot find the material now. I still live in the past that I will just remember things… but I don’t anymore. I take it for granted that I’ll recall stuff and then ooops! ------------------------- you know that commercial on TV where the woman is going " Gotta go, gotta go, gotta go - right now!! " (it's a commercial for some sort of med that helps control bladder function - the name of the med keeps slipping my mind) -- i'm wondering if this would help us? if u know what i'm talking about, have you tried this med? (or any med for that matter)? -jaana
