I get the small jars at the store of low-fat Starbucks caramel frappachino (wrong spelling) that takes exactly an hour and a half to get to a good icy mix in the freezer without freezing solid. 4 points - I think they make one that is only 2 points, but I haven't been able to find it out here. Be careful on the points they say it is because my mother in law gets one that is supposed to be like 6 points, but it is filled with more caramel than I think was originally intended so that makes it much higher. Rick used to drink one of those everyday until the winter came and he switched to hot coffee in the morning. I may start getting the low-fat ones to freeze - I never thought of freezing them!!
