Guest guest
I can't remember if you have to mix it with milk or if they can also be mixed with water. I don't have an old container at home and I can't remember what the package said. Thanks! Hi Sheila - here's the info on the shake mix and you can also visit the site to tell you about other Herbalife lowcarb products (not to many are really low enough carb for me I think). Guest guest
One of my coworkers is on herbalife. She has lost a pile of weight but does not exercise. She has a lot of skin in front (belly). She has not been feeling too well lately and said she is tired. Maybe it is just the holidays. Just what is the thing to this? Does the stuff make you go to the bathroom or what is it?Does anyone know. She is under a doctor's care with her diet . I got some papers from her and thought if I keep gaining I would go on it. I am trying to stay L.C. though because it really is such a way of life for me now. I read about the shakes and one could make them with cream could they not? If they can find cream without Dextrose.
