Guest guest
Donna, Forms for the TeamWalk can be downloaded from: http://www.sp-foundation.org/TeamWalkProxy.htm (click on the " Sponsorship form " ) Information comparing and contrasting PLS and HSP can be found at: http://www.sp-foundation.org/pdf/FactSheet.pdf The main page of the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation's web site is at: http://www.sp-foundation.org Mark Weber > Do we have some kind of form we can download? Guest guest
> Do we have some kind of form we can download? I would like > something that tells a little about PLS/HSP Donna, There was a site that Mark forgot to mention that gives a nice overview of the disorders and how the foundation will help. It's one of the pages from the TeamWalk newsletter and has photos in color. Here is it: http://sp-foundation.org/pdf/SPFTeamWalk.pdf It's a pdf file, as are others on the preliminary SPF website. If you don't have acrobat reader to " open " them, you can download it here (it's free): http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html Hope that helps if you are collecting for TeamWalk or the Spastic Paraplegia Foundation. Guest guest
That is exactly what I was looking for. I'll print some out, include an addressed envelope, and pray for a good response. Thanks .
