Guest guest
> hello julie. if it is a poduct defect why doesn't the company do > something about it? why is it taking comp so long in their decision. > enjoy florida. cold here in md. hugs cathy Since this will be the 4th surgery for my scs, everyone is blaming everyone else for the reason it is broken. Work comp blames product defect, the doctor " doctors up his notes " to say product defect, the doctor doesnt put all my office notes in my file, I think the manufacturer blames the doctor, so they all sit and do nothing, while I sit with a broken wire in my neck and the receiver sticking out from my shoulder blade, this has been causing so much more pain, I'm at the end of my rope. I have retained an attny so a complaint has been filed reqeusting this surgery. julie from fl.

Guest guest
Hi , Yes some things have changed like medication and treatments since I started with RSD. I had to try many medications before I found one that worked for me. And I had so many different blocks done until I found what worked best. When I get a flareup now I usually get three epidural blocks. That usually calms it down. My stimulators reduce my pain to about 50% and for the rest of the pain I take Morphine l5 mg. two times a day. I also take Effexor, three capsules, once a day. I just had all of medication changed when I was in the hospital the last time. Before that what I was taking I had been taking for about seven years but my body decided to get used to that and it did not work anymore. Whatever you do don't stop trying medications. I tried many types before I found the one that worked. I will tell you this, it seems alot easier for my dr to find something that works now that he knows me very well. I have been going to him for l2 years now. So all I can say is keep trying, eventually you will find something that works. For a long time I thought that nothing was going to help my pain, but I was wrong. Gentle hugs, babs
