WRITTING LETTERS TO YOUR DOCTOR?

Hi,

I need some advice I suppose..would like to write a letter to my doctor and tell him the meds I am on are Not working at this time..

I am in a deep flare and really do not know how to explain it all to them where they will pay attention.

Any help would be great
