Guest guest Posted March 20, 2007 Report Share Posted March 20, 2007 I just started taking an adrenal glandular. It says to take 2 each day with a meal. How do you take yours? I have been taking both with breakfast, but I could also use a boost in the afternoon. I am wondering if I should take both with lunch, or take one with breakfast and one with lunch.
