Oh that is good news. Something is right at least. I have not logged my basal temps. since I first suspected hypoT some two years ago now. ANd 84 is NOT a rapid pulse. No this is my normal pulse but still is was beating hard. I am confused about the difference between palps, fast heart-rate and beating hard. Did you get a BP machine? Yes I do have one, you think I should be monitoring my BP. I have not used it much because it just stressed me out when it was high. I really feel you need ot slwo the stress dosing wiht HC down. but your body is probabyl used to alot of it now and it may be uncomfortable lowering it. OK I find I have sympotms lowering fo abotu 3 days then they subside. I think you need ot hold your thyroid dose iright where it is. Let you body settle down. GO to a normal dose of say 35MG HC and if you really have ot use mroe in a dya then use the cream. I will try to get out today to the pharmacy to get some but just want to go back to bed. Cannot do that of course. Keep the magnesium high for a couple weeks and see if that doesn;t help settle the heart symptoms down. It does take some time ot work well. How long does it take Val? This tim ehe called me in Azithromycin 500MG which is a three day AB course. But I can tell you have have NO good bacteria left in y system, as since November I have gone through 240 Lomotil's whihc are my prescription diarrhea meds. Working on the last of 5 refills right now. You will have a candida-gone-rife situation on your hands right now Val with all those antiBs. Are you taking anything to replace the good bacteria? I would have thought you would need to cut out anything that is feeding the candida as well if you are to get back on track gut-wise. And if the gut is 'out' everything else will follow. It is our foundation isn't it? I could take this advice myself even though I am notm on antiBs. Mo www.NOVACounselling.com
