Guest guest
Hi , When my cortisol was really low (pre-HC) I could hardly sleep either. Perhaps it's a contributing factor...wired but tired? Guest guest
Hmmm......, that is a thought. I did go to bed at 9 p.m. last night; so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open, but I still woke up twice during the night. I do feel some better today, but I am so doggone tired - hard to explain to the doc how I feel; in some ways I actually have more energy and am coping better, but I am so sleep much of the time that it doesn't make any difference! I took Isocort from the beginning of last September, but switched to HC 2-3 weeks ago. Tests still showed very low. Not quite sure what to do about it. C.
