The only thing I can tell you, is that when I knock myself like on a table,

if I apply a magnet, a bruise will not form.

My husband and also a friend of ours " Swear By Them " !!!

I think even " Prevention Magazine " had a positive article on

Magnet Therapy.

I haven't used them myself, but I have a couple friends that swear by them.

I talked to my hairdresser today who is into homeopathic/holisitic therapy

and I asked her about the magnet, coincidentally. She said that because our

blood has iron in it, the magnet draws the iron (thus the blood) to the

affected area... Now I think this causes faster healing, but I must admit

this is new info to me cause I just thought the magnet was like the " copper

bracelet " thing... so I really don't quite know what/how/why ...
