winter weather

Hi everyone

The snow has stopped here in Ontario and we

have almost a foot of the white stuff and

now the winds and cold temp. is coming in.

I'm asking for exercise tapes for xmas and

would like to know what everyone recommands.

I do not own any tapes and would like one

on weights and another on step or something

else.

I'm staying strong during this holiday time

but have two parties coming up this weekend.
