What can I do immediately for my adrenals, until I get my HC in the mail?

I am taking pantothenic acid 2-3 times a day, lots of C, rhodiola. I am going to

start licorice root (how many times per day?) and adrenal extract tomorrow.

I was getting nauseous today, and now I feel like I have anxiety and dizziness.

Is this adrenal related too? I have absolutely no stress tolerance right now and

feel like the world is going to fall apart over the most stupid little things.

My temp is much lower this evening- 97.0-, and it was 98.1 this morning. It

dropped early this afternoon when I felt like I totally crashed (went into work

in tears, etc.- I just couldn't keep from crying).

I am not on any thyroid meds. I am waiting for test results from canary club. I

was having hyperthyroid symptoms after trying iodine, but it went away after I

quit all sources of iodine. Actually the fatigue and other adrenal symptoms

started a few days ago after I quit the iodine. Was the iodine helping my

cortisol or did having the hyperT symptoms worsen my adrenals? I am not sure if

my adrenals got worse because I quit the iodine or while I was on the iodine and

I couldn't tell because the hyper symptoms were covering it.

Thanks,

Olif

Hi, Olif,

Don't know if you've tried Isocort yet, but if you haven't, you might

consider ordering it with overnight delivery & get started on it

(using Val's HC dosing schedule), because the HC may take a while to

arrive.

The Isocort will at least get you started in the right direction. And

then once you get the HC, you can switch out to it gradually.

Warmly,
