Guest guest
Wow, I took you advice and raised my Armour to 4 grains, and took the canaryclub.org advice and added pregnenolone. I will have to get some licorice. And wow! What a difference! I was able to get enough sleep on just 50 mg of my antidepressant Surmontil. Most of the time I have to take 75 mgs. And, I woke up two hours earlier than I usually do and that was enough sleep and I didn't have a migraine! Now I did add Chromium to my list of supplements I take a few days ago, so its hard to say what did what, but the great nights sleep came after just one pregenolone pill and raising my Armour one grain. Re: Val Canary Club results Val. God bless you for helping everybody. Hensley here. I am enjoying my beautiful medical ID bracelet. I finally got my canaryclub.org saliva test results back. Here they are. Comments are appreciated from everybody, but especially from Val! Cortisol 2/10/2007 7 - 8 AM 3 Depressed (13 - 24 nM) 11 - Noon 21 elevated (5 - 10 nM) 4 - 5 PM 3 Normal (1-4 nM) 11 - Midnight 1 Normal (1 - 4 nM) Cortisol Burden: 28 (23 - 42) DHEA 7 normal (3 - 10 ng/ml) It also said, " Depressed morning cortisol < 13 bM is suggestive of marginal HPA performance. Normal rhythms exhibit highest cortisol value for day at 7 to 8 AM. Morning cortisol argumentation 13 bM oor 11 beta hsd inhibitors such as licorice worth consideration. Noon value is elevated indicating a stress response or rebound effect often associated with glucose counter regulation process " (Note Val a diabetic friend of mine took my blood sugar reading half an hour after eating and it was extremely low. She was afraid I was going to faint, and tested everybody else in the room to make sure it wasn't a erroneous reading. It wasn't. But I felt normal, or as normal as I usually feel). It also said. " Elevated cortisol levels usually indicate increased ACTH stimulus, When this elevation is coupled with normal DHEA levels, then a divergence in steroid output has occurred. Pregnenolone, the precursor is preferentially shunted into the cortisol pathway as a response to chronic stress. Inappropriately elevated cortisol to DHEA ratio exists. Anabolic enhancement suggested: Dhea and pregnenolone argumentation. " And on the little box labeled cortisol nM my dark rectangle marker was a little bit above the shaded gray area of the graph, between the six and the eight horizontal and between the 10 and the 15 vertical.
