Guest guest
Oh, Mo, I hear you! I am on HC now; 10, 5 and 5 so far and my Armour is now at 4.25 grains, as of a couple of days ago. So far, so good, I have no bad effects, the only thing is I still am not sleeping. I am so tired But I have only been on HC a couple of days, so will give it a bit of time and see if it will help. I don't take it at night; when I tried Armour & Isocort at night I was up all night and it was hellish, so that route is NOT for me! I sure hope that you start feeling better, real soon! It was cool seeing you on the new forum. C.

Guest guest
Mo, Yes, that would be lovely. Just to drift off to sleep without laying there for an hour, and then after you fall asleep waking up 2-3 times. Just to fall asleep and stay there until morning. I used to use pills, but they stopped working after a while, and I needed more and more, and that was scary, so I quit. Love your magic wish; it is mine, too. C. <<<<< Sleep? Ahhhhh wouldn't it be nice. I knock myself out with pills every night and sometimes even they don't work for me. If i had a Magic Wish, that woulod be it, to be able to do what other people do and just put my head on the pillow and drift off...... One day, one day! lol Mo >>>>>

Guest guest
> Hi , I hope you had a good night sleep because I know how difficult this can be. I had insomnia for one year, and although many people have had this problem as long as they can remember, I found it absolutely the worst thing because I was a zombie with kids to take care of. It was horrendous. For me, it was the same problem I have now but it manifested in high cortisol at night, which has dissipated thank God. I had no idea that this was stress related and it would be one of the worst tortures, even worst than tinnitus. Once the cortisol was in the correct rhythm, I got my sleep pattern back. Hopefully you will also be able to regain the natural sleep rhythm you need so desperately. Keep checking your cortisol levels at night just to be sure your pituitary is not overproducing at that time. Yours truly, Janis Mo, Yes, that would be lovely. Guest guest
My sleep problems are life long. It was difficult when I had small children, but not as much as it is now when I have to go to work every day. When I was at home I could at least sleep in some days; now I only get to do that on weekends. I had blood testing done recently, and am waiting for a saliva kit, as he wishes to test cortisol levels; something no dr. has ever done before.
